Matt Paxton & The Pintos Share A Message Of Solidarity With “Brother”

Hamilton, Ontario-based Folk Rock and Alt-Country singer/songwriter Matt Paxton has released his new single, “Brother,” the latest preview of an upcoming debut EP, with his band The Pintos.

Produced by Tim Allard of The Redhill Valleys, “Brother” focusing on storytelling with a reassuring angle about being there for those you care about, also featuring the stellar pedal steel playing of Chris Altmann.

Paxton says:

‘Brother’ is about letting someone you love know that you’re there for them, and always will be. It’s about letting them know you’re always thinking of them and if they ever need you, you’ll be right there.

Paxton’s body of work now includes five albums, a handful of singles and EPs, and live appearances with the likes of Daniel Lanois, Blackie & The Rodeo Kings, Astrid Young, Evan Dando, and many more.

Since forming The Pintos, consisting of bassist Carrie Clark and drummer Robin Pirson, along with Altmann, Paxton releases on his own label, Down By The Point Records.
