Swedish Gam Rock band Velvet Insane is returning with their third album High Heeled Monster, a follow up to Rock N Roll Glitter Suit. The band describes the new album as “an eleven track glamrock anthem.” The album’s first single “Damage Control” is out now.
High Heeled Monster was recorded and Produced by Tomas Skogsberg (Entombed, The Hellacopters, Diamond Dogs) at Sunlight Studios.

Jesper Lindgren comments on their first single, “Damage Control”:
It‘s a track that felt special from the first chord. It got the big chorus, the loud guitars and a lot of soul and cool swagger. It gives you a wink of how the album sounds like.
The band’s album Rock ’n’ Roll Glitter Suit boasted collaborations with both Nicke Andersson (The Hellacopters/Lucifer) and Dregen (Backyard Babies/The Hellacopters) on the single “Backstreet Liberace”.
Velvet Insane have also collaborated with Bruce Kulick (ex-KISS), Ryan Roxie (Alice Cooper), Jesper Binzer (D-A-D), Harpo and many more.
The upcoming album was co-written with the Diamond Dogs vocalist Sulo Karlsson and also has Dregen, Chips Kiesbye (Sator) and Bonni Pontén (Asta Kask) on guest vocals.
