Ragers Get “Tossed Out” After Falling In Love With The Bartender

Alt-Rock band Ragers have shared new single and music video “Tossed Out”. The song is a follow up to their recent single “Only Sins No Tragedies”, and both are taken from the band’s forthcoming album Missed Calls From Home, which is set to be released on September 29th, 2023.

The band shares:

You ever get kicked out of a pub in Thunder Bay, Ontario after falling in love with the bartender? Out of luck, out of money, and out in the snow without a coat. There’s something mischievous but celebratory about this one. It’s just plain fun, simple and straightforward.

This track evokes some of the alt-rock sounds we grew up with, a sort of dandy way of approaching punk themes. An infectious guitar lick, a chorus that hooks you on the spot, pulls you in, before tossing you right back out.

Stay tuned for more new music coming soon.

On Missed Calls from Home, the Montréal-based four-piece will be tapping into their roots, leaning on their live band set-up. The new collection arrives after a decade of experimentation with aspects of Hip-Hop and Electronic music, and countless collaborations with various artists.

Taking cues from their inspirations which number Gym Class Heroes, The Hives and their Canadian predecessors in groups like Simple Plan and Sum 41, Ragers use this album to introduce fans to the relatable appeal of Pop-Punk all over again.
