Australian Indie Rock outfit The Jungle Giants have returned with new single “Trippin Up”, the first single from their upcoming, fifth full-length record. Sonically moving between Electropop and Indie Rock, the track gives an idea of the album that’s coming up, too.
In the track’s official video was created by Pollen Arts Club and directed/produced by Leigh and Joe Agius, depicting lead singer Sam Hales is dancing through the digital plane.
Following the release of their 2021 fourth album Love Signs, the band are kicking off a run of headline shows in Mexico. Earlier this month, they brought their show to the stages of Florida’s Okeechobee Festival and M3F in Arizona. The band was also announced on the 2023 Outside Lands lineup.
On the new track’s release, Hales said:
So pumped to be releasing ‘Trippin Up’! It all began with a dive into some aspects of electronic drum production that were so fun to experiment with. Can’t wait to see that drop live, baby.
