Norwegian Extreme Metal pioneers Keep of Kalessin have crafted new album Katharsis which captures diverse influences while staying extreme. The album arrives on March 24th, 2023 and will be available as a Limited Edition Grey and Black splatter Double Album, jewelcase CD, and cassette.
The band see the album as the beginning of a new era after facing many lineup challenges. The new lineup created the upcoming album together with a goal of appealing to fans of “the entire spectrum of the Metal genre.” Band members include Arnt Obsidian on vocals, longtime bass player Wizziac and YouTube-notorious drummer Wanja “Nechtan” Groeger.
