Billy Tibbals Chases Transient Love In LA With “Hollywood Baby”

Rock artist Billy Tibbals has shared his newest single Hollywood Baby via Silver Arrow Records. Produced by Chris Robinson (The Black Crowes), the single hearkens back to early Rock ‘n’ Roll up to the era of 70s Glam. The song leads up to a release of Tibbals’ debut EP, Stay Teenage. Tibbals will also be embarking on a substantial North American tour in support of Mac Saturn later this month.

The release follows Tibbals’ debut single “Onwards and Upwards,” written and recorded at home in his parents’ garage at the height of lockdown times. The single’s B-side, “Lucy”, tells a story of marital disputes between an estranged elderly couple.

Moving from London to Hollywood back in 2014, Billy Tibbals quickly found a love for the place with its many eccentricities. Combining this with his childhood obsession with British Rock and Roll, surrealist literature, and musicals from the 1940’s, Tibbals hopes to share a “fantastical view of the world around us”.
