Finnegan’s Hell, the band that started a new wave of Swedish Celtic Punk music has returned with new album One Finger Salute. The band used the shutdown during the pandemic to write new songs and produced a new collection made of their strongest pieces. The title track has already been released alongside a video.
The single and video for “What Have You Got In The End?” have also been released and the video was directed by Michael Ek, who dug deep into the Swedish National Archives to find suitable images.
Finnegan’s Hell most recently released the album Life and Death in 2018, were later signed by Sound Pollution’s label Wild Kingdom Records, and then released their album Work Is the Curse of the Drinking Class in 2020. There will be a special limited Xmas edition of their new album, One Finger Salute, which is white vinyl in gatefold format.
