Keep Flying Brings On The Strings For Softer Take On “Firesale (Revisited)”

Punk Rock band Keep Flying has shared a new single and music video that brings out a different side of the band, Firesale (Revisited). The song is a reimagined version of the same-named track from their 2020 album Survival, and combines a softer take with a more raw approach by combining added strings.

They explain:

This is our take on ‘Firesale’ off of Survival played in a softer, more raw way. We brought in the cello, piano, and acoustic guitars for this one hoping to leave the listener with a clear way to hear the lyrics and potentially relate. John Mayer is the influence here.

Keep Flying is a five piece punk rock band from the Northeast region of the USA featuring a horn section, lyrics they keep “close to home”, and a particular focus on audience engagement in live shows.
