Ska Punk Londoners Buster Shuffle are back with a brand-new studio album, announced for release on March 18th, 2022. The new 10 track album is called Go Steady. Due to the effects of the pandemic and other recent UK/Europe touring difficulties, Buster Shuffle decided to Crowd Fund the record. The new collection will arrive from Do Nothing Records, Buster Shuffle‘s own label. You can pre-order the album now to help the band raise the money for release.
Jet explains:
It’s been such a tough few years with the pandemic and so we thought we‘d ask our loyal fans that have grown with us over 10 years plus, to help us get the album out there. It‘s not something that we have ever done before but we have seen other bands successfully engage with their fans to release music and we think the time is now for us.
Previously, Jet had reached out to fellow Punk music aficionados during lockdown to release the 7 inch single “Unsung Heroes” for charity, benefiting The World Health organization.
Inspired by this success, Buster Shuffle decided to get back in the studio to put together a new batch of songs that form the upcoming 5th studio album, featuring Ska Punk tunes and also the 7 inch single “Sucker Punch Blues” which was originally released in May 2021.
