The collection of songs on Trentemøller’s sixth studio album, Memoria, out February 11th via his own label, In My Room, covers some ground that fans will find familiar, but also follows themes of “transience, and various forms of continuance”. His latest single + video “No More Kissing In The Rain” suggests that it might be “easier to find comfort in the darkness” when you have the expectation of some brighter secret ahead, and it features vocals by Lisbet Fritze.

Memoria is Anders Trentemøller longest album yet, clocking in at 14 songs and it highlights Shoegaze, Noise rock, and Electronic Pop, and more. You can check out that range on previous singles including “Dead Or Alive,” “All Too Soon,” and “In The Gloaming.” Memoria includes both instrumental and vocal songs, and for the first time, Trentemøller also composed all the vocal melodies and lyrics on the album, which are solely performed by Lisbet Fritze.
