Yorkshire, UK-based duo Seafret have released their fourth studio album, Fear Of Emotion, out now via Nettwerk. It’s a very personal new chapter for Jack Sedman and Harry Draper, and its previewed by the track “Guilty.”
Written and recorded across 2025 with long-time collaborator Steve Robson, the album is “shaped by a period of reflection, growth, and creative renewal.”
The band says:
Our new album Fear Of Emotion is finally out for you all to lose yourselves in! We’re so proud of this one. We put our hearts on our sleeve whilst writing this, but listening back, it certainly makes our hearts feel full. We hope you love it as much as we do.
At the heart of the album sits ‘Guilty’, a track that captures the record’s core themes of “love, regret, and the weight of self-reflection.”

The album also features “Five More Seconds”, a collaboration with KT Tunstall and the duet with James Morrison, “Driftwood”. Katie Gregson-MacLeod also features on “Nobody Sees Us,” adding to the album’s collaborative spirit.
