Vancouver, BC-based Alternative Psych-Rock band Meltt have released new trancey single, Never Let Go,” from their new album, Pathways, out June 12, 2026 via Nettwerk.

Focused on “hypnotizing rhythms, futuristic instrumentation, and soaring falsetto vocals”, the new song is accompanied by a video and has an epic ending that is an impactful statement in the midst of their forthcoming album.

The band shares:

‘Never Let Go’ is a reflection on time, purpose, uncertainty, and the inevitability of ending. Through the blurry lens of our consciousness and the limits of understanding, the song rides the tension between letting go and holding on. Go with the flow, but never let go: there’s always some hope.

The upcoming album Pathways follows 2023’s Eternal Embers, which was largely built remotely during the COVID lockdowns and was followed by a bout of headline tours across North America over the past couple of years.

As the demands of the road quieted down, Meltt settled in to sketch out what would eventually become Pathways. They drew on over 100 song ideas to create the new collection, and noticed they were incorporating some more analog elements into their usually synthy sound this time around.
