Solo artist Sam Blasucci, will be releasing his album Physical Dream, Double LP via Calico Discos/Double Play Records on April 17th, 2026. Blasucci was born in Los Angeles and currently lives in Ojai, CA. Having had residence in Los Angeles, CA / Coahuila, MX / Orem, UT & New Orleans, LA, moving has become part of his musical DNA. Expressing himself through sound is now his “real first language.”
This year marks Blasucci’s fourth full length release along with plans for the release of more finished recordings later in the year. There will be a record release show in LA on April 22, 2026, at El Cid.
Blasucci’s album Physical Dream was engineered by Jonny Payne, and additional recording took place in studios across Los Angeles and Ojai, California.
It features ontributions from Mia Wilson (vocals), Randal Fisher (horns, flute), Andres Renteria (percussion), Laena Myers (violin, viola, vocals), and Leng Bian (harp).
