DJ, Producer, and creative force behind Turbo Recordings, Tiga has released new single “Friction” which differs from his previous work in taking plenty of time to tell a fully narrative story. In it he “frames the collective feeling of the tricky times in which we’re all living.”
“Friction” was co-written by Jesper Dahlbäck and Priori, with additional production from Patrick Holland. The track serves as the final pre-release single from the album Hotlife, Tiga’s first album in a decade.
Scheduled for release on April 17, 2026 as a collaborative release via Montreal’s Turbo Recordings and Secret City Records, the project will also contain features from Maara and MRD.
