Zoco is the international Rock group founded by multi-instrumentalist singers, songwriters, and brothers Marco Zocco, Paolo Zocco & Matteo Zocco. Their debut EP, Lumanista I, is out now.
Featuring previously released singles “Restless,” “Diamond In The Rough,” “Searching,” and “Overstimulated,” it also includes a bonus version of “Overstimulated” Rock outfit Nelson (“Love and Affection” 1990) on vocals, keys and production.
Furthermore, Zoco’s veteran mixing engineer Stephen DeAcutis (Cyndi Lauper, Corey Glover) contributes rhythm guitar work to this special EP version of “Overstimulated”.
Lumanista I was Produced by Gunnar Nelson (Nelson), executive produced by Kerry Brown (The Smashing Pumpkins) and mastered by Howie Weinberg (Nirvana, Metallica).
The EP features contributions from Carmine Rojas (David Bowie, Rod Stewart), Slim Jim Phantom (Stray Cats), Grammy-winning producer Theron “Neff-U” Feemster (Dr. Dre, Eminem, Michael Jackson), Matthew and Gunnar Nelson (Nelson), Guy Erez (Alan Parsons) and London Hudson (Return to Dust, Scratchcard Inc, Suspect208).

The visual components of Lumanista I further highlight the project’s cross-cultural themes with official videos that pay homage to the historical cities in which they are filmed. The music videos for the first two singles “Restless” and “Diamond In The Rough,” are respectively set in Geneva, Switzerland and Milan, Italy.
A sequel EP Lumanista II will arrive later this year, and the full-length album, Lumanista, has yet to be announced for release.
