Rounder Records has announced the signing of Alt-Folk artist Anna Graves. She has also released her new single, “Burn On”, which has quite a legacy tapping into her early songwriting.
Raised on a farm in southern Minnesota, Anna Graves left home chasing dreams, only to return and seek the “mystical magic that first sparked her songwriting.”
Graves says:
I wrote ‘Burn On’ when I was sixteen and found it again a decade later on my mom’s computer. It feels like opening a time capsule of my younger self when I was full of wild imagination, freedom, and wonder. Re-recording it now reminds me that the spark of youth still lives inside all of us.
Graves’ music has been featured in Nobody Wants This, as well as Brilliant Minds and Chicken Sisters.

Graves has opened for artists like Stevie Nicks, The Head and the Heart, and Maren Morris.
She says about joining Rounder Records:
I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve signed with Rounder Records, a label whose legacy and artists – from Alison Krauss to Sierra Ferrell, Billy Strings, and Indigo Girls – have deeply inspired me. Joining a home that values authenticity and storytelling means the world to me. I’m in the process of working on my next album and can’t wait to share this next chapter with you all.
