Twenty years into their career, The Old Dead Tree still pursue Dark Progressive Metal. Last year, the French band returned with Second Thoughts, their first full-length since 2007. Now, they’re back with a new EP that was recorded live at legendary Abbey Road Studios.

The Old Dead Tree have released the second single from their EP, London Sessions, along with a live video for “Time Has Come”. London Sessions arrives November 28, 2025 on all digital platforms.

The track “Time Has Come” explores “life’s impermanence”. Along with “Time Has Come” and the EP’s first single “Feel Alive Again”, London Sessions includes new versions of two songs from the band’s second album, The Perpetual Motion.    

The video for “Time Has Come” was directed, shot and edited by The Old Dead Tree’s long-time collaborator Julien Metternich. Metternich has been at the helm of many of the band’s videos and photo shoots over the years.
