Americana duo The Grahams have released new album The Bridge where they venture into sharing aspects of their personal lives more than they have ever done before. The 11-track collection also brings in Nashville co-writing and is inspired by their everyday lives.
The Grahams wrote much of The Bridge with Grammy-nominated Producer Dex Green, singer/songwriter Kate York, and Grammy-nominated songwriter Aaron Lee Tasjan. Alyssa (vocals) and Doug (guitars/vocals) credit them with “helping them write about their lives honestly and vulnerably.”
Recent single “Only New York” pays homage to a city The Grahams call “part of their heartbeat and one of the main characters in their life.” The video for the track features personal footage of NYC.

The Bridge was written and recorded at 3Sirens, the East Nashville studio and record label founded by The Grahams, and features drummer Matt Chamberlain (Fiona Apple, Bob Dylan), bassist Sebastian Steinberg (Fiona Apple, Soul Coughing), keyboardist Ray Jacildo (The Black Keys), pianist Rob Berger (Iron & Wine), synth player Patrick Warren (Fiona Apple, Aimee Mann), and more.
