Singer/songwriters Jillian Jacqueline, Caitlyn Smith, and Lucie Silvas have released a cover of Dolly Parton’s “Little Sparrow.” The trio first performed the song this past June at the inaugural Mother benefit show in Nashville in front of a sold-out audience.

Created and hosted by Jacqueline, Smith, and Silvas, the Mother benefit show celebrated mothers in the music industry with performances by Maren Morris, Lera Lynn, Maggie Rose, Liz Longley, Erin McCarley, and more, with Kelleigh Bannen as MC.

The event raised funds for Family Alliance in Music (FAM), a nonprofit providing community, education, and support for parents and caregivers in the music industry.

While not part of Jacqueline’s forthcoming studio album, titled MotherDaughterSisterWife, out October 17, 2025 via Virgin, the “Little Sparrow” cover “embodies the spirit of the event and the trio’s shared vision of honoring women and mothers in music.”

Following the success of June’s debut, the second sold-out Mother benefit show will take place on October 19, 2025 at Nashville’s Riverside Revival. The all-star lineup includes Jillian Jacqueline, Caitlyn Smith, Lucie Silvas, Elle King, Ashley Ray, Rachel Beauregard, Lori McKenna, Martina McBride, Meg McCree, and Annie Clements, with Beth Barcus hosting. The evening is once again presented in partnership with Family Alliance in Music (FAM).

Jackie Jones, SVP of Artist and Industry Relations, RIAA/Co-Founder of Family Alliance in Music says:

We’re so honored that MOTHER is shining a light on Family Alliance in Music. This event reflects the very core of our mission – to ensure that parents and caregivers in the music industry are seen, supported, and given the chance to thrive both personally and professionally. We’re deeply grateful to Jillian, Caitlyn, and Lucie for curating such a powerful night of music and for standing with FAM to help share this story in such a meaningful way.
