Austin Rock band Farmer’s Wife have released their new EP, Faint Illusions, out now. “An exploration of what’s real and what’s a figment of our imaginations,” The EP showcases 90’s Shoegaze and Grunge elements.

Farmer’s Wife’s first EP, There’s A Monster, arrived in fall of 2023 and created a “dark fairy tale world.” Last year, the group shared new singles “Boheme,” and a cover of Donovan’s “Season of the Witch,” previewing a shift in sound before touring around the U.S. with contemporaries like Cloud Nothings, Armlock, and Equipment.

Coming off a tour with Destroy Boys, Farmer’s Wife are on the road again, currently finishing up the southern part of their tour supporting Boston Manor with Spaced and Ellis.
