Montreal-based Punk band The Last Mile have released their new album, Holding On To Hope, via Thousand Islands Records/Pavones Records. The track and video for “Anything” are also out now.
With the release of their second full length album, The Last Mile have made a move towards intensifying their sound. The “aesthetic of the record” was “designed and laid out” by Stealworks a.k.a. John Yates, known for his work with bands such as Lifetime, Jawbreaker, Alkaline Trio, Bad Religion, Alternative Tentacles, and many more.
Recorded in Vancouver by long-time collaborator, Jesse Gander (Brutus, Japandroids, DBS, Daggermouth) and mastered by Jason Livermore at The Blasting Room, these songs are seen by the band as a natural progression of their songs, but lean in a more modern Hardcore vein.

The Last Mile will be heading to Europe in July to play a mix of festivals and headline shows.
