The band Messer have released a rarities compilation, Die Unerhörten, bringing 15 years of Post-Punk experimentation into the spotlight. The album is a sonic journey through the band’s archives, a blend of “eerie nostalgia” and “unrelenting rhythm.”

They’ve also released the single and video “Was Ist Das” to celebrate.

“Was Ist Das?” carries a dark, cinematic atmosphere and the accompanying music video is a fever dream of vintage TV clips, including advertisements, propaganda, war footage, and more.
