Brother Elsey has released their self-titled debut album via River House Artists. Produced by Drew Long (KALEO, Judah & The Lion), Brother Elsey is a “coming-of-age portrait.” Along with the album, the Nashville-based band has shared the music video for their new single “Seeking,” a “healing musical balm for today’s times.”

The set for the album was recorded at East Nashville’s Ivy Hall, a unique house studio that allows musicians to record whenever they feel inspired. The 13 tracks focus on “the realities facing today’s youth – caught between the American dream, and a digital nightmare.”

After a series of EPs, along with intensive self-booked tours, Brother Elsey’s momentum led to dates with acts like The Head and the Heart, Allen Stone, The Wallflowers and The War and Treaty. In 2024, the band headlined a national tour and showcased at SXSW for the premiere of the IFC film Dandelion, which they are featured in and includes an original score by The National’s Aaron Dessner.
